We always ensure we have your approval before we progress so that you always know we’re making the film you want.

Step 1 - Development

We begin by meeting with you, discussing your brief, and collaboratively deciding on a schedule that will take us through till the end of production. From notes in these meetings and discussed ideas, we then produce storyboards, scripts, budgets, travel plans etc (as required) to try and give you the best possible pre-visualisation of how your finished film will look. These can be amended as many times as necessary until you are 100% happy with our plans.

Step 2 - Filming

By the time we begin filming, we will have a very clear vision of how we want the production to look, so filming will consist of going to any length to get all the shots we need. By working to our planned schedule, we can also ensure that shoots do not go over-time or over-budget. We work with the latest equipment at MindMaker - so whether we're filming a live event where there are no second chances or a location shoot which simply needs to look stunning, we know we will not miss a moment of the action.

Step 3 - Editing

MindMaker is built on foundations of professional Editors - it's what we do best. Since we work with an entirely digital workflow, we don't waste a moment of time in getting started on editing, once filming is complete. We are available to you for consultation throughout production, and you are welcome to request a progress report at any time. Once an initial cut is completed, we will submit it to you (preferably in person) and discuss any changes that you feel need to be made.

Step 4 - Review

Only once you are completely happy with your video, and we are too, will we approach you for the final specifications. Whether you want to distribute your video via DVD, Blu-Ray, web-broadcast etc, we have the facilities to accommodate. If your production is for DVD distribution, you will have the option to have a professionally designed sleeve to be included in the package. Your video will be stored in our library for any future copies required.
